Due to different models, the accessories for the lid of the vacuum emulsifier are also different. However, overall, accessories such as the perspective window, scraping mirror, exhaust hole, micro material hopper, material filter, and vacuum equipment are usually equipped.

The perspective window allows you to view the emulsification effect of the materials in the pot during the production process. Due to insufficient light inside the pot, some of the perspective windows are equipped with lighting at the top, while others require direct illumination with an external flashlight.

The scraping mirror is also used in conjunction with the perspective window. Sometimes fog may form on the mirror due to the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the vacuum homogenizer emulsifier. So, mirror scraping devices are usually installed on top of the mirrors.

The exhaust device is a device that exhausts when lifting the lid of a vacuum homogenizing emulsifier. The exhaust device can prevent air pollutants from being sucked into the material, causing secondary pollution of the material.

The micro material hopper is used for vacuum emulsification machine to add some trace elements such as essence and spice when producing materials. The hopper is introduced from the pot cover, with a 45 degree angle at the lower end, and the opening direction is towards the mixing center of the vacuum homogenizing emulsifier to prevent material from washing the pot body.

The filter is set up to prevent impurities from being sucked into the main pot of the vacuum homogenizing emulsifier when the water and oil phase materials are sucked into the vacuum homogenizing emulsifier under vacuum.

The vacuum device includes a vacuum interface and a vacuum gauge. This vacuum interface is generally directly connected to the vacuum pump that comes with the vacuum homogenizer emulsifier. Used for vacuuming and defoaming inside the pot of a vacuum emulsifier. The vacuum gauge is used to display the vacuum degree inside the pot of the vacuum emulsifier during vacuum pumping.
